Despite the name there is little amber or oud up front: Carbon Edition is a green aromatic built on lavender, rosemary and bergamot, with a breezy marine and geranium heart and a mossy cedar and vetiver base carrying a faint amber glow. It is for anyone who wants a classic clean, grassy fresh scent in the Green Irish Tweed mould at a friendly price, and it wears easily on either gender. Spring and early fall are its sweet spot, with summer a close second and winter the only season it feels lightweight.
